These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products and services available at https://opportunityenginegroup.com.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our services.
1. ABOUT OPPORTUNITY ENGINE
Opportunity Engine provides digital business opportunity research services for agencies, freelancers, consultants and B2B service providers.
Our services are designed to help clients identify qualified companies to contact, understand why these companies may represent a business opportunity, and receive outreach angles and short messages they can adapt for their own sales process.

2. OUR SERVICES
Opportunity Engine sells digital research reports and related business opportunity research services.
The Starter Opportunity Report currently includes:
- 10 qualified business opportunities
- company name and website when available
- detected opportunity or business signal
- opportunity score
- reason why the company may be relevant
- outreach angle
- short message ready to adapt
The exact content of each report may vary depending on the client brief, target market, available public information and research quality.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF SIGNED CLIENTS
Opportunity Engine does not guarantee that you will sign clients, generate revenue, book meetings or receive replies from the companies included in a report.
We provide research, context, prioritization, outreach angles and message suggestions. The final outcome depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, sales process, reputation, timing, market demand and follow-up.
4. ORDER PROCESS
After placing an order, you will be asked to complete a client brief.
The client brief allows us to understand your business, offer, target market, ideal customer profile and any preferences or restrictions.
Work on your report starts after your client brief has been submitted.
If the brief is incomplete, unclear or inconsistent, we may contact you for additional information. Delivery time may be delayed until the required information is provided.
5. DELIVERY
Opportunity Engine reports are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
Unless otherwise stated, the Starter Opportunity Report is delivered within 48 hours after the client brief has been submitted.
Delivery may be made by email, shared document, client portal or another digital communication method.
Delivery times are estimates and may be extended in cases of incomplete briefs, technical issues, unusual research complexity or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in your client brief.
You are responsible for reviewing the report before using it and for adapting any outreach messages to your own tone, market, legal obligations and sales process.
You are responsible for how you contact prospects and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules, including rules related to email outreach, data protection, advertising and commercial communication.
7. QUALITY ADJUSTMENT
If the delivered report is clearly misaligned with the brief you submitted, you may request a quality adjustment within 7 days of delivery.
A quality adjustment may include correcting obvious mismatches, improving unclear angles, replacing unsuitable opportunities, or refining messages where appropriate.
Quality adjustments do not apply where the report matches the original brief but the client changes strategy, market, offer or preferences after delivery.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Because Opportunity Engine provides customized digital research services, refund eligibility may depend on whether work has already started, whether the client brief has been submitted, and whether the report has already been delivered.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
9. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment is processed through Shopify and available payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, design, branding, visuals, layouts and service structure, belongs to Opportunity Engine or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute our website content, report format, templates or materials without our prior written permission.
After full payment, you may use the report delivered to you internally for your own business development, sales and outreach activities.
You may not resell, repackage or redistribute the report as your own product or service without written permission.
11. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
Our website and service may use third-party tools, including Shopify, Google Forms, Google Sheets, email tools, analytics tools and other software providers.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, outages, policies or services.
12. INFORMATION ACCURACY
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate research based on publicly available information and the client brief.
However, public information can be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. You should verify important information before taking commercial action.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opportunity Engine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, loss of data, failed outreach campaigns or business decisions made based on a report.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
14. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, spam-related or harmful activities.
You may not use our reports to harass, deceive, impersonate or unlawfully contact third parties.
15. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our website and services, you agree that your information may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Google Services Integration
Opportunity Engine Ecom Intelligence may integrate with Google services, including Google Ads, to provide analytics, keyword research, campaign planning and performance-analysis functionality.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to connect any Google or Google Ads account used with the service.
Opportunity Engine does not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, profitability, search demand, campaign results or ecommerce outcomes. Analytics, forecasts and AI-generated recommendations are provided as decision-support information and should be independently reviewed before financial or advertising decisions are made.
